connecting to the Atari 2600 / 7800 / Vectrex console via the second joystick port

(works on other consoles / computers too)

Also on-board, is 32K of non-volatile memory (EEPROM) for 

high score saves, configuration settings etc

Backwards-compatible with AtariVox, VecVoice and VecVox
